We welcome collaborations with trusted vendors. However, all outside vendors must be approved in advance. During your planning consultation, we’ll review expectations (e.g., insurance, setup time, load-in/load-out) to ensure event flow runs smoothly.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for prime dates (weekends, holiday seasons). A 6–12 month lead time is common for weddings, though smaller events may require less notice depending on availability.

Our venue rental includes:
Exclusive use of the event space during your booked timeframe

Additional services (decor, AV upgrades, specialty lighting, etc.) can be added. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown in your proposal.

Yes, we have parking facilities in the vicinity (on-site or nearby). We’ll provide guidance to your guests in the logistics planning stage to ensure smooth arrival and departure.

We do not offer overnight lodging as part of the venue itself. However, we can provide recommendations for nearby hotels and inns in Clayton to accommodate your guests.

Our cancellation and refund policy depends on how far in advance notice is given. Generally, deposits are non-refundable after a certain period. We’ll walk you through the policy in our contract during booking.

We offer recommended partners for décor, lighting, audio/visual equipment, florists, and more. You are free to use your own vendors (pending approval), or we can coordinate turnkey solutions for you.

We have guidelines to ensure we respect our neighbors and local ordinances. For nighttime events, we may impose a sound-level limit or end time. Any special requests for extensions should be discussed in advance.
